We do a lot for our employees and try to keep a positive atmosphere.
I’m impressed the way team members pull together to solve problems and ask for help when they need it. Someone is almost always laughing. Very positive atmosphere. People seem to really appreciate each other.

I absolutely adore my director of nursing. She is quick to answer a phone call if I have an urgent question overnight. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her and her leadership. By far the best nursing home I’ve worked in! They really practice what they preach here.
