Holiday Meal – Family Letter

Dear BSG Families,

We are getting ready for the holiday season here at Brookestone Gardens and want to make sure you have all the information you need to plan ahead.

While we would love for you to visit and spend time with your loved one(s) on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, please note that meals will not be provided for visitors or family members on those two holidays.

Instead, we will be celebrating the season together by hosting a special Holiday Meal between the holidays — a chance for residents and families to gather and enjoy a festive occasion!

Holiday Meal Details

• Date: Thursday, December 11th
• Guests: Each resident may invite 2 visitors to join them (meal tickets can be purchased at guest relations for $10 each)
• Menu: Roast beef, mashed potatoes, green beans, and cheesecake
• RSVP due by 12:00pm on November 28th.

Meal Times & Locations

• Skilled Nursing Facility (Daisy & Violet Neighborhoods):
  Lunch from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
• Assisted/Independent Living Apartments:
  Dinner from 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Meals will be served in each neighborhood’s dining room, with overflow seating available in the Great Room. When you arrive for the meal, a team member at the Guest Relations Desk will let you know where you’ll be seated.

Please RSVP by 12:00 p.m. on November 28th by calling our Guest Relations Desk at (308) 236-0211 or by stopping by in person. We appreciate your timely response, as we’re unable to accept late reservations due to our food ordering schedule.

This letter is being sent to the primary contact for each resident. Please share this information with any other family members or friends who may find it helpful.

We truly enjoy welcoming families and friends to share meals with our residents—these moments of connection mean so much to everyone here. At the same time, our team prepares and serves meals for about 100 residents at each mealtime, so we kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we work to serve everyone as quickly and smoothly as possible.
