CURRENT VISITATION PROTOCOL (updated 12/18/23)

The current guidelines are as follows:

Face masks are not required at this time anywhere in the building for visitors, however staff are wearing masks at this time and we do have them available for anyone who would like to wear one. We do not have specific visiting hours and you may visit your loved ones at any time, however, please be mindful about mealtimes, which are 8:00am, 12:00noon and 6:00pm.

ENTERING/EXITING: The doors by the guest relations desk are automatic and they are locked when the Guest Relations desk is not staffed. If you visit prior to our open hours, please push the button on the west wall of the vestibule and it was put you through to the Violet Nurses Station. They will be able to unlock the door for you remotely.

Please be aware that if you stay after the desk is closed, you will need to access the small wooden box on the wall to the left of the double doors that says “Thank You for Visiting, Please Come Again Soon”. When you open the box there is a white sticker at the top that give a 4 digit code that you can enter on the keypad below and the doors will open. Guest relations is open from 8:00am-8:00pm M-F and 10:00am-5:00pm Weekends/Holidays.
