The current guidelines are as follows:
We do not have specific visiting hours and you may visit your loved ones at any time, however, please be mindful about mealtimes, which are 8:00am, 12:00noon and 6:00pm. At this time, visitors are also not able to go with residents to the dining room or activities. Visitors are able to bring food or drink to residents and may eat with them in their room or may ask for the family dining room if available.
ENTERING/EXITING: The doors by the guest relations desk are automatic and they are locked when the Guest Relations desk is not staffed. If you visit prior to our open hours, please push the button on the west wall of the vestibule and it was put you through to the Violet Nurses Station. They will be able to unlock the door for youremotely. Please be aware that if you stay after the desk is closed, you will need to access the small wooden box on the wall to the left of the double doors that says “Thank You for Visiting, Please Come Again Soon”. When you open the box there is a white card that you can use swipe against the black box and the doors will open. Then you need to replace the card and close the door. Guest relations is open from 8:00am-8:00pm M-F and 10:00am-5:00pm Weekends/Holidays.
Out of Facility Visits only need to be assessed for risk if the resident will be gone for more than 24 hours. For Skilled Nursing Residents, all out of facility visits need to be arranged with Angie Orr, just as they were prior to the pandemic. For Independent/Assisted Residents, they need to sign in and out when leaving the facility at the table in front of Jonna’s office and can now use the vestibule by Jonna’s office for leaving and coming home as they did prior to the pandemic.
